Day 36

Today was a day of recovery, a bit of a lie in and a relaxing day in the town around the marina.  The marina is huge with the capacity for 1250 boats.  On top of that is a good number of boats on mooring lines directly outside the marina and all the way up the channel.  Quite amazing.

La Trinite is also a major base for French racing yachts with a number of very modern trimarans tied up on their own pontoons.

There is a huge regatta here next weekend and they are building a floating rugby pitch that is taking shape in front of us.

We had a very French seafood lunch on the front with local oysters that are renowned in the area.
